What testing caught
- A recorded exercise of Helion's right of first refusal was ignored when the Transfer Notice was not evidenced, which could have cleared a void transfer. It now blocks, with four regression tests.
- Incomplete facts made the engine stop with an error. It now sends them to a lawyer and names the missing fact, and a fuzz test covers every control value in every scenario.
